Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts or 24 chicken wings or 1 lb flounder
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano leaves
- 3 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2/3 cup melted butter
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine grated cheese and the seasonings.
- Line a shallow baking pan with foil.
- Melt the butter.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the butter, and then into the seasoned cheese, coating well.
- Arrange in the foil lined pan.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes.
